IKEA have released a free typeface after the internet memed the hell out of their sofa planning tool.
In late June, people with far too much time on their hands decided to make some very far-fetched creations using IKEA's design-your-own-sofa planner.
The tool lets you design layouts of IKEA couches using the Vimle sectionals and Vallentuna sofa collection. The planner offered up basically no restrictions on the possibilities of virtual sofa design, so people really took the idea and ran with it. Read more...
