As the senate trial of Donald Trump grapples with the revelations from John Bolton's book manuscript — namely that the former security advisor's forthcoming opus confirms the Ukraine aid quid pro quo — it seems no member of the Trump administration is remotely interested in talking about Ukraine. Especially Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who lost it at NPR journalist Mary Louise Kelly when she pivoted from Iran to asking about Ukraine in a recent interview.
Pompeo not only ended the interview early, but yelled and swore at her afterwards, asking rhetorically if she thought Americans care about Ukraine, and even had an aide bring an unmarked world map so he could ask her to point out Ukraine on it.
