Alicia Keys freestyles home version of Flo Rida's 'My House' and it's an anthem for our times

There are very few songs that truly capture the moment in history we're currently living through, other than Fifth Harmony's "Work From Home". 

But Alicia Keys has got you covered. She sang a freestyle, coronavirus-themed version of Flo Rida's song "My House" on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. "I was Grammy hostin' now I'm homeschoolin','" sings Keys. 

The chorus is both catchy and also hugely relevant for our times. "You can't come to my house/ Suddenly two's a crowd/ Only Swizz is allowed/ We don't have to go out," she sings. 

Chlorox wipes and toilet paper also get a shout out. "Please be very careful with the Chlorox wipes/ Some fools, they flushin' 'em down the pipes/ We were unaware/ Now even Cardi's scared/ How we gonna fare/ No toilet pa-pa-per," the lyrics go.  Read more...
