There are a lot of reasons sex toys are great, but sadly, their environmental impact isn't really one of them.

Sustainable shopping practices, like buying refurbished tech or finding products you can use for life, don't apply all that seamlessly to sex toys. But it doesn't mean that you have the choose between the environment and your vibrator.

For one thing, plenty of brands are ditching hard plastics and battery-reliant toys for silicone, rechargeable models with longer shelf (bedside table?)-lives.
